Aonghas MacNeacail's hair[edit]

Hi, I'm contacting the community about a small linguistic issue in this article on the recently deceased poet Aonghas MacNeacail. I'm uncertain about the statement in the first sentence which translates Aonghus's nickname, "Aonghas dubh" as "Black Angus". In Irish Gaeilge the term "Aonghas dubh" would mean "dark-haired Angus", and I assume the same applies in Scots Gàidhlig, also that Aonghus acquired the nickname when much younger! Could somebody who is well up on Gàidhlig please put us right on that point, and, if necessary, change the translation. Thanks, Dmhball~enwiki (talk) 15:22, 18 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
