[edit]Does anyone understand the beginning of this episode? Is it taking place back in the 50s possibly after WW2 but before mulders time? It seems like CSM is pretending to be mulder, but he is much much younger. So young, mulder was probably a child. His dad wasn't the seeker of exposing the truth that his son became... Can anyone make sense of this? Tainted42 09:09, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
The person who was asking the questions was Mulder's father, the person on the far left, who lights up, is CSM. He wasn't pretending to be Mulder, he was just the only one to speak. Don't know who the middle guy was, possibly Deep Throat. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.172.125.71 (talk) 04:13, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Apocrypha 3x16.jpg
[edit]Image:Apocrypha 3x16.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Checking against GA criteria
[edit]- It is reasonably well written.
- a (prose): b (MoS for lead, layout, word choice, fiction, and lists):
- Again, "The episode is one of those which helped to explore the series' overarching mythology." I feel this is kind of a clunky why to write this, maybe say "The episode helps to explore and expand the series' overarching mythology."
- LEAD, no summary or mention of production
- Just before the lead plot summary, maybe add, "In this episode..." I think it helps to separate fact from fiction
- Infobox, maybe cite where you found all the guests stars at the very bottom, maybe after "Tegan Moss as Young Dana Scully" Is there a way to put a cite after the words "Guest stars"?
- Done. Also culled a few names off the bottom, the list looked far too long and crufty at a second glance. GRAPPLE X 03:24, 24 January 2012 (UTC)

- a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
- One picture, properly tagged. Are there any other free pictures to spice up the production section, it's kind of boring right now?
- The only relevant one I could think of was the one of Spotnitz and Carter together, since they co-wrote the episode. Tried looked for an example of the magnetic fluid they rejected as a black oil prop, but it's definitely not a ferrofluid and there's nothing else I could see about magnetic fluids. - Alrighty, I like the look. I pass! The magnetic fluid would've been cool, but oh well. :P--Gen. Quon (talk) 15:48, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
