Notability
[edit]Atarah Ben-Tovim was very prominent as a television personality in the late 1970s - early 1980s. She would be familiar to a lot of people of a certain generation. I would say she is certainly notable enough to remain in wikipedia.AFCR (talk) 12:44, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
agreed, i'm shocked that somebody could dream of flagging her as 'not notable enough' for a wikipedia entry for the smae reason; if somebody who has had radio series' on bbc radio three for several years, & even had a bbc omnibus documentary made about them isn't considered 'notable' then kosh only knows what the notability requirement is !

Parents' nationality
[edit]I'm removing the comment about Israeli parents. Research in the GRO records shows that Atarah's mother was Welsh born and bred, although her parents were Russian. It's unclear where Atarah's father came from, but given a 1900 birth date, I think Israel is unlikely, so I am also removing the Israeli musicians tag.--82.112.134.140 (talk) 11:39, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

Lifetime Achievement Award
[edit]Atarah was really thrilled to receive this award. I added it today and someone took it down minutes later. If any one can succeed in adding this I would be must grateful. It was part of the Music and Drama Education Awards last year. Thank you! 83.137.6.234 (talk) 13:56, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
