Bangor Ghost section

I noticed the unreferenced template on the Bangor Ghost section, so I added a couple of references and deleted a statement that was not supported by those references. I also changed the section title to "Bangor Firehouse Ghost" since none of the articles I found referred to it as the Bangor Ghost. I will remove the citation needed template.
