Summary removals

[edit]

Kindly use "Discussion" to propose such removals. The removals of references does not enhance our article, which is growing by the minute. Let's work together to make this the best article possible on the Internet, or anywhere else, about this subject. Let's start by restoring the references. Thank you very much for this consideration, Badagnani (talk) 07:04, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

And again

[edit]

Kindly refrain from removing references summarily; it does not enhance articles for our users, who must be foremost in our minds with each edit we make. Badagnani (talk) 07:16, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You misunderstand, references are not being removed but are actually being converted to footnotes per WP:CITE and WP:FOOTNOTES. Please do not cite sources by adding inline external links but use the {{cite}} tag instead. Multiple references to the same source should be done via a named reference for easy readability in the references section.--RadioFan (talk) 07:34, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No, a number of references (diffs presented above) were clearly removed from the article, and remain removed. Kindly restore those, thank you again. Badagnani (talk) 07:37, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

of the 2 links you mention above, photo was moved to the external links section where readers are more likely to be looking for it and [1] is link to a site selling this musicians albums which doesn't provide a reference here. --RadioFan (talk) 07:43, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No, a number of references (more than two) were removed, and remain removed, summarily and without consensus. Kindly restore them. Badagnani (talk) 07:57, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You've got to be more specific than that. Are you referring to those that were replaced with named references?--RadioFan (talk) 11:45, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I provided diffs just above for references you removed, then refused to replace. Please replace them. The fact that you're asking, again and again, which references you removed indicates that you didn't read the comments on this page carefully. Badagnani (talk) 17:18, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Photo

[edit]

If a photo which meets Wikipedia's image use policies exists, it would be a nice addition to this article.--RadioFan (talk) 07:43, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
