This article appears to be a content fork of Foreign policy of the Barack Obama administration

I'm not sure why this article is needed if that article already exists. The only reason it might be justified is if this article focused exclusively on Senate and campaign foreign policy positions, while that article focused on the presidency. But that doesn't appear to be the case.
