Biography

Barbara Moore was born in Spokane, Washington and raised in Seattle, near Puget Sound, with two brothers Terry and Michael (one of two is a Marine). She was raised in a strict Christian household.

By the time she was 19 years old, Barbara Moore was living in Nashville, Tennessee working as a flight attendant. She also began modeling which led to appearances in music videos for Reba McEntire, Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams Jr., Aerosmith and Phil Collins. Soon after she applied to pose nude for Playboy magazine, in which she appeared as Playmate of the Month in December 1992.

Since then, Barbara Moore served as a Playboy spokesperson for a number of years. She modeled more modestly for other magazines. She guest starred on such television programs as Married...with Children and the Daytime Emmys, and appeared in movies such as Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery. She took up ballroom dancing and eventually became a U.S. National Pro-Am Ballroom Dance Champion.

Barbara Moore's celebrity rose in 2004 when she began dating actor Lorenzo Lamas. She had met Lamas through her friend and fellow Playmate Shauna Sand, who was married to Lamas at the time. They were scheduled to marry in July 2005, but the wedding was called off at the last moment, reportedly after Lamas discovered Moore in the company of a male stripper at her bachelorette party.

She had a baby girl, Priscilla, in May 2007.
