The NYTimes seems to suggest that he dissented from the decision (in the donation case). The article seemed to state the opposite, so I changed it to reflect that. (Was there more than one case on this where he picked different sides?) --Bfigura (talk) 02:12, 19 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
