Obituary
[edit]I'm still waiting for secondary sources on this, in particular a death notice or an obituary. But his friends say that he died of an unspecified cancer. It's also reported that he moved to South Africa with his South African wife after apartheid ended. I will add these points (and any others) to the article once they have been published elsewhere. Moore is actually quite important among the post-Keynesian economists and Wikipedia should have more on him.-- Derek Ross | Talk 19:34, 10 March 2018 (UTC)
