The British were not alone
[edit]Due to the outdated sources, the text gives the impression that the French participation was an appendage to the brave Englishmen who alone defeated the Russians. That was certainly not so on land, where 9,000 French soldiers were accompanied by 900 British marines. I have tried to correct the text about the land operations, but suspect that the Royal Navy was not alone on the sea either. Creuzbourg (talk) 09:02, 25 May 2021 (UTC)
