Bias

[edit]

The article is heavily biased and anti national socialist propaganda. The organisation Amt Schönheit der Arbeit was not a "propaganda organisation for achieving an overall appeasement of the general population", but a natural part of the national socialist ideology of Volksgemeinschaft (people's community/people's togetherness). The Volksgemeinschaft policy was meant to end capitalism and marxism, the antagonism between the higher and lower classes, and bring the people together. Schönheit der Arbeit forced the businesses and corporations to improve the working enviroment. They were large reforms.

What the article is saying is basically "the naziz were evil and wanted to do evil, but they had to fool the population so they pretended to do a little good". This is nonsense, and written by someone who doesn't understand National Socialism.

It's as stupid as if the article "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" (Obamacare) said that it's a "work of propaganda to fool the american people that Obama is good, to hide the reality that he wants to continue to wage war in the Middle East".

I knew a man who was a member of NSDAP, DAF and a officer in the SA. He was a true national socialist and their social reforms were sincere. It meant a lot for the people to finally get safe and hygienic workplaces, to have good light and clean air, to have art, libraries, sport and cafeterias at work. And that's only what the SdA did. Then you have the main organisation DAF and KdF with so many more benefits for the workers. 93.182.175.28
