- location - I think it is at about 37°11′51″N 43°34′28″E / 37.197518°N 43.574524°E.
- which river - Great Zab?
- which Kurdistan!! and if you mean Iraqi Kurdistan, I would say it is in the north of that region.

- I was able to find one Arabic article that the foundation stone was laid in 2010. Nothing much in English sources other than explosion videos. It is on a Great Zab tributary, just not sure which one. I added coords I found in a KML file.--NortyNort (Holla) 22:05, 31 January 2014 (UTC)
