Lead is a little brief, in particular the second para, I don't think two sentences is really a paragraph...
- Y Expanded both paragraphs a bit.
You could create 450 Bell Terrace as a redirect if it really was a former name.

Shades of overlinking, e.g. "schoolhouse", "hardware store", "air conditioning", "basketball", "car dealership" etc...

11 floors in the infobox but as far as I can tell, only 9 stories mentioned in the prose. Did the renovation add two more floors?
