Deletion question or just massive rewrite

I don't know what to do about it, but this page may need to be deleted because the Biofuels Center ceased to exist years ago after the state eliminated all funding. Or it may just need to be extensively rewritten. Awbeal (talk) 14:27, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
