Proposed merge with Noir c'est noir

Agree. "Noir c'est noir" should be a sub-section in the page for "Black Is Black" Even the title of the French version translates to the exact same meaning. werldwayd (talk) 07:52, 3 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
