Total sales figure

[edit]

The figure given is now 11 years old. Other more recent source gives sales in total as 90 million. Can this be updated? 31.125.77.104 (talk) 15:01, 24 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done Please provide reliable sources that support the change(s) you want to be made. HorrorLover555 (talk) 10:56, 29 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your reply. The article, I believe, would definitely benefit from an updated sales figure.

Doom Metal

[edit]

Black Sabbath isn't just Heavy Metal it's also Doom Metal, plenty of their songs and albums have had the Doom atmosphere like Children Of The Grave and Planet Caravan, not sure why Wikipedia hasn't added this when this has been noted by several Metal communities and websites throughout the band's history WrestleLuxury Wiki (talk) 13:13, 17 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Because that has been discussed already a good amount of times. See this discussion here. They inspired doom metal, but just because a few songs of theirs had that doom metal sound does not make them a "doom metal" band, and there are plenty of coverage that supports that they are not doom.
