Fleet history

[edit]

The Blackburn Transport website has a good history section I think, which can be used to write a good history section on this article. Lradrama 08:58, 22 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ah well, I couldn't be bothered waiting, so I've done it already. Doesn't it look grand? Put any improvement ideas here, Lradrama 09:56, 22 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

List of routes

[edit]

Route 39 (the infrequent service to Pleasington Cemetery) is missing from the list. Was it included in one of the other tracks or was it separate? --Snigbrook (talk) 02:17, 29 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

First in the Kingdom

[edit]

Would it not be worthwile mentioning the fact that Blackburn Corporation's predecessor, Blackburn and Over Darwen steam tramways, was the first tramway system in britain to be operated entirely by steam. There are blue plaques at either end of the route, Whitehall, Darwen, and Darwen Street, Blackburn.--86.150.170.25 (talk) 23:54, 13 February 2008 (UTC)Ewood,Eddie 13 February 2008[reply]
