Were the founders socialists?[edit]

I removed the idea that the founders of Tujunga were socialists because I couldn't find any proof of that claim. Henry Chu of the L.A. Times called Smythe a utopianist, but he did not mention socialism. The Little Landers owned their own lots, but the founders apparently believed in a mutually owned water company and telephone company. Bolton Hall was, I believe, a cooperatively owned community center. If there are any sources specifically citing socialist tendencies on anybody's part, please add them to the article and make the necessary changes in the text. Estelle (Ethera) Prins[edit]

A user wants to insert information about the above person and cites the Sunland-Tujunga Record-Ledger as a source, but not the date or the page. We could probably use this information, but we need to have more data as to where it came from. Please comment here. Thank you. BeenAroundAWhile (talk) 21:43, 20 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
