Citations Needed!
[edit]The first paragraph is in desperate need of citations. Yes this is correct info, but someone who has little to no knowledge of amateur wrestling in the U.S. might not find the info to be valid based on its lack of citations.
2008-2009
[edit]For the most part the information in this section is correct, however, the last sentence that discusses the end of match backflip and push do not come from the source that is sited. Personally, I think it is irrelevant information and also lacks a reliable source for citation, therefore it goes against Wikipedia's no original research rule. Had the deducted team point that went against Iowa from the Metcalf push actually cost them the national title and if it was sited by a reliable source then by all means add that information. And yes, even though the deducted team point did not cost Iowa the title I am sure there is at least one reliable source that can be used as a reference. Therefore, anyone who wants to add it be my guest, but the original research that is posted thus far will be removed until there is a verifiable reference source and it does not go against NPOV.
