Declared Ineligible by the NCAA?
[edit]The lede currently says Bowen was declared ineligible by the NCAA. It does indeed seem unlikely that he ever will play NCAA basketball. As of 27 September 2017[update], however, all we know for sure is that he was suspended by the University of Louisville after head coach Rick Pitino and other persons close to the Louisville Cardinals basketball program were accused of bribery.
