@Maxopolitan: Why did you remove the uncategorized template? The article is still uncategorized after an hour from your removal & the template helps it to be categorized more quickly. See Wikipedia:Categorization, Help:Category, & Template:Uncategorized for additional help/information. I'd be glad to help if you have any questions regarding it. Thank you. 0qd (talk) 23:14, 7 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@0qd: I don't know really. Must've got caught when I was adding the pictures in. Sorry. Maxopolitan (talk) 01:11, 8 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Maxopolitan: No worries. I make similar mistakes as well occasionally! 0qd (talk)

Proposed for deletion[edit]

This page is proposed for deletion as it is just a copy of an existing page: British Rail Class 37 renumbering Murgatroyd49 (talk) 11:22, 22 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Murgatroyd49,this may be a copy of your page in your opinion, however this is more detailed and gives more information about each engine, hence being called British Rail Class 37 Fleet List and not British Rail Class 37 renumbering #2.

It doesn’t add anything that isn’t on the original page or in the tables in British Rail Class 37. Murgatroyd49 (talk) 11:07, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It does make it original as it states the individual engines with their liveries before scrap or the current livery. In fact, it also shows the state of each engine rather than a summary as found in the British Rail Class 37 page. This is more detailed as I have now shown when each loco was scrapped. Merging[edit]

I am in the process of merging these two pages via User:Murgatroyd49/sandbox2. I am intending to repeat the format of List of British Rail Class 47 locomotives. It will take a while so could I ask interested editors to hold off adding (or deleting material) directly but pass it to me for incorporation in the new version. Murgatroyd49 (talk) 12:41, 21 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

There is no need for them to be merged. I don't know how many times people need to say, but despite you attempting to try and delete this page it is being denied. Leave the 2 pages alone. They both show different information. I'd rather if you discussed this before rather than going out of your way and merging the 2 pages. Maxopolitan (talk) 23:30, 23 May 2021 (BST)
