Rename

Hi, @Maury Markowitz and Power~enwiki: I moved it as suggested because that's complying with guideline on article titles WP:NCCAPS, and I don't think anybody can object with superior argument as per as the previous capitalization concern — Ammarpad (talk) 11:39, 2 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
