Notability of Jillian's Mention

According to WP:BIO1E, Jillian's recurrence on this season was mentioned but wasn't notably harped on or discussed. She shouldn't be mentioned in the lead-in for this season, but can be mentioned in Ashley's bio in this page.

Where as Krystal from Season 12, she IS notable enough according to notability guidelines. I wouldn't give her a page though, but she CAN be mentioned in the lead-in, because of how notable her behavior was and her constant disregard throughout Season 12, especially to Andrew.
