C. Watson Angell
[edit]I corrected the first name, but apparently mr. Angell is known as 'Carlton' and 'Carleton'. I don't know what the correct name is. RONN 15:09, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
- I am pretty sure that the name is spelled "Carleton". If you look around the Universirty of Michigan web site - or check the source listed at the bottom of the artilce you'll discover that it needs the "e". In fact I am a bit surprised that you made this change without doing more research. Carptrash (talk) 16:57, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
I think that I am guilty of spelling it both ways, but the University of Michigan web sites - where Angell worked for a long time - always spells it "Carleton." I'll check a few more sources when I get home. Where are you finding it spelled without the "e"? Carptrash (talk) 20:22, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
