My name is Edward Finn and I am the administrator for the Leitrim-Roscommon Genealogy web site as well as the IreAtlas Townland Database. The IreAtlas Townland Database has always been hosted on my server and still is as of this writing. A few years ago the family of John Broderick (AKA Sean Ruad) decided not to renew the domain name of www.seanruad.com and that action broke all links on the internet that were pointing to that domain name. It wasn't long before the domain name of www.seanruad.com was purchased by someone who has no connection to genealogy or the IreAtlas Townland Database. In order to keep Mr. Broderick's data available on the web I moved all of his files into my main domain using the URL of http://www.thecore.com/seanruad. This information has been spread throughout most of the genealogy related web sites and forums and as additional requests have come in to me I have redirected them to the new URL mentioned above. I recently received an email informing me that the Wikipedia page for the village of Castlecaulfield has a link at the bottom of the page under "References" that takes the viewer to www.seanruad.com and that this link contains porn. I was not able to confirm this as a porn site but did not take the time to click on the available links. I felt it best to bring this issue to your attention and also provide you with the correct link that will take the viewers to the IreAtlas Townland Database. Thank you for your attention to this issue. 71.54.14.115 (talk) 14:34, 10 May 2016 (UTC) Ed Finn Administrator Leitrim-Roscommon Genealogy Site IreAtlas Townland Database efinn@leitrim-roscommon.com[reply]
