Image:Chicago Climate Exchange Logo-FAIRUSE.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. Price chart needs revision[edit]

Ownership[edit]

I've removed the Al Gore stuff - this page states that the CCX belongs to Climate Exchange plc, listed in London, which is being bought in April-May 2010 for £395m (about $600m) by a 100%-owned subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange (ICE), according to this statement. The first paragraph was unsourced and irrelevant, and the Controversy section was only quasi-sourced ([2] and [3] were not attached to any actual references, by the time I saw it) and are about living persons, so should be removed immediately under WP:BLP. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 18:01, 21 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The companies joining the exchange commit to reducing their aggregate emissions by 6% by 2010.

Making the article political[edit]

I see that the republicans got the blame for this sham being done away with. Does that mean that the article is saying that the people made a mistake by voting for republicans who clearly disagree with the global warming propganda used to start this exchange?
