San Rafael Pacifics connection

[edit]

It was suggested that the San Rafael Pacifics were an offshoot of the Chico Outlaws. This is not the case. The Pacifics play in the same league that the Outlaws used to (North American League), and have hired Mike Marshall who formerly worked for the Outlaws. Those are the only 2 connections between the two, however. Thanks for letting me clarify this. Bcclark1 (talk) 21:51, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds about right. I’d assumed seeing the notice that the Outlaws had moved to San Rafael and become the Pacifics, but if the team didn’t go out of business till February, the Pacifics were announced long before that. As such, I’m going to be bold and remove the merge suggestion. —Wiki Wikardo 13:11, 2 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
