This book [1] says it is one of the survivors, along with Oysters Rockefeller of a baked shellfish dish fad. I will add this hopefully soon or someone else can. This source has a bit more on the Hotel [2]. It burnt down a couple times, but bacon grease fire is not directly implicated as the cause. ChildofMidnight (talk) 01:44, 7 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
