The original article was about a nascent street gang; later, it was resurrected as an article about a record label (which seems to be connected somehow to the street gang). On multiple occasions, editors attempted to create an article about the record label, either as Corporate Thugz Entertainment or as CTE World. Admins deleted these articles for various reasons.
The CTE World article now seems to be well-established, but Corporate Thugz Entertainment is still protected. Having read the protection log and Administrator Noticeboard notes, I propose unprotecting this article so it can be recreated as a redirect to CTE World. E.g.:
