This article isn't about county courts in general, it is about the baliffs from the County Court of England and Wales. It is also an article primarily about current usage, not the historical position. Mauls (talk) 11:13, 4 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I meant County court is general, and this topic is specific. That is the justification for using the caps.
