  • designed by Chinese master Zhu Youjie in 1909, is located in the city of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.[1] The park, originally named Medical Park,[1]
  • Couldn't find this, but this also doesn't mention Couple's Park: The Tourism Bureau of parks held Nanjing's second floral match, August 24–26, 2010. It was one of the largest and most influential floral exhibitions in Nanjing.[2][3][4][5][6]
Does not explicitly mention Couples Park (or anything other than Purple Mountain and Xuanwu Lake)

Couples Park<!--- not explicitly stated in the article, but verified by review of the map, i.e., it's adjacent to Xuanwu Lake ---> is within the Xuanwu Lake and Purple Mountain region that is designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO,[7] Millions of people visit the Xuanwu Lake and Purple Mountain region each year[7] for leisure, entertainment, and private ceremonies, like weddings.

It seems, then, that the best thing to do is redirect the article to the Xuanwu Lake article, which needs expanding... and can be expanded from reliable sources... and mention that Couple's Park is adjacent to the lake on the western shore.
Of course, this is all saved in history should someone come up with some reliable sources to create the Couples Park article.--CaroleHenson (talk) 05:44, 14 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
