– No clear primary topic per views[[1]], target is per WP:UKDISTRICTS and GeoNames. Google results are mixed between the district and dictionary meaning. Craven County, North Carolina gets 737 views and has a higher population (102,139) than the district (57,142) and although US counties include "County" in the name it is shown on GeoNames search as just "Craven". Craven A gets more views (1,393) but again may not just be "Craven" commonly. There is Craven in the Domesday Book which apparently covered a larger area and the current district don't seem like that much of a broad-concept article anyway and there is also Craven (Bradford ward) in West Yorkshire.
