[edit]Cruise 1323 is, technically, 5AD rather than 5DN as it broadcasts on 5AD's old AM frequency. As explained below, 5AD transferred to the FM band and was later rebranded as MIX 102.3FM. 5DN's 972AM frequency is today utilised by ABC NewsRadio.
- No, Cruise 1323 is technically 5DN. The broadcasting licence for 1323, licence number 4190, is held by Southern State Broadcasters, the licencee of 5DN. Technically, Mix 102.3 is 5AD, the licence for Mix is held by 5AD Broadcasting Company Pty Ltd. Both companies are owned by ARN.Alan Baskin 03:21, 11 May 2006 (UTC)

THE 1323 licence
[edit]In legal terms. The only FM conversions in adelaide were 5KA and 5DN that were bid for in 1989. Legally, The 1323 licence is the same licence as the old 1323 5AD to the government. 1.136.109.168 (talk) 10:02, 13 December 2021 (UTC)
