"public house"[edit]

The whole article just seems to be a string of advertisements that makes Montevideo sound like a bit of a backwater. How texmexified Japanese or Irish theme pubs count as broadening its claims to having a notable cuisine is beyond me. It would be better to start again and to try to focus on some distinctive aspects.
