[edit]An infobox was requested for the 1977 Shaun Cassidy version of "Da Doo Ron Ron" at Wikipedia:WikiProject_Missing_encyclopedic_articles/List_of_notable_songs/4. —Preceding unsigned comment added by InnocuousPseudonym (talk • contribs) 19:49, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

Looking at the "Genre" field
[edit]I am inclined to drop both "R&B and doo-wop" and add Rock & Roll, but would rather talk than fight about it. Einar aka Carptrash (talk) 15:25, 31 March 2014 (UTC)
- Not doo-wop in my view, but R&B is OK (it was a #5 R&B chart hit, and Allmusic regard the Crystals as R&B) - it's certainly pop. Ghmyrtle (talk) 15:57, 31 March 2014 (UTC)
- I just removed doo-wop again. Anyone putting it back needs a good source. Carptrash (talk) 01:22, 21 April 2018 (UTC)
Video
[edit]The video described here sounds like the 1984 Karen Kamon version. Was there actually a similar video using the Crystals' recording? Sbh (talk) 07:01, 7 June 2016 (UTC)
