Pax #s as doubtful as ever

How can these figures entered in the article with so much enthusiasm be considered meaningful? OK, they show what was counted in some way but they typically fluctuate wildly (as here) and the source, the ORR, proclaims that the counting methodology and effectiveness are in constant states of flux. Mostly they depend on some number of tickets which clearly with the ever-changing ways of paying fares in not a solid base.--SilasW (talk) 20:42, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
