photo?

Does anyone have a photo of Dave that could be used for identification? It must meet the criteria in the Wikipedia Fair Use Policy or be a publicity photo distributed as part of a press kit. Unfortunately, the photo you added doesn't meet the fair use requirements and is not a publicity photo. This photo is from CTV's Canadian Idol website and wasn't specifically labeled with a copyright notice allowing its use. In fact, CTV has a notice on their website specifically restricting the use of content from their website. Please read through the Wikipedia Fair Use Policy and Wikipedia:Publicity photos for more information about the requirements for the use of images on Wikipedia.
