BLP concerns

An IP editor has repeatedly added accusations of wrongdoing to this article. These additions have been repeatedly removed as they are not compliant with wikipedia policy. The editor looking to add this content should read our policy on biographies of living persons very carefully in order to avoid being blocked in the future. BLPs must be written in a neutral tone and editors must act conservatively when considering whether or not to add negative material about the article subject. These edits clearly fall short of that standard. For instance:

Defining Chaurasia as "controversial" in the first sentence. WP:LABEL explicitly lists the word "controversial" as a value-laden judgment to be avoided.
The allegation that Chaurasia is "often accused" of wrongdoing. Per WP:BLP, a claim such as this needs to be backed up by significant secondary sources. Instead we have a source that says that one group made an accusation about Chaurasia. There is a huge leap between saying that one group made an accusation and saying (in the passive voice) that a person is "often accused" of wrongdoing. Further, Was this allegation substantiated? Was the group that made the allegation significant? What was Chaurasia's response?
