Doris Records

Although notable, but not requiring it's own article, I'm not comfortable with the "minority-owned" term, since it may be a dated and possibly no longer PC term.

Can someone advise if there may be a more appropriate term that would be considered acceptable...allowing the reference to be made? The independent factor, as well as minority-owned is notable.
