For those unaware, I believe the anime has taken off to the point that it deserves its own article. The "Mugen Train" movie is now the highest grossing movie in the history of Japan, surpassing Spirited Away and Titanic. I put season 1 in this DAB article for the time being due to the likelihood and fact that people are searching for it (season 2 will be released later this year). Organization of the main "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" article will be needed should the request to make a new anime article be fulfilled. Marty2Hotty (talk) 00:00, 24 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I think that you misunderstand what DAB pages are for. See Naruto (disambiguation) - it does not list every season, film, or other Naruto-related topic, just the character and the franchise. By adding a bunch of extra links, you are just confusing this page. If someone wants to see the articles about the seasons, they should go to the franchise's page. ‡ El cid, el campeadortalk 13:52, 24 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@El cid, el campeador: You are right. However, someone added the seasons to the DAB page when I requested creating an anime page (I closed the request, I think, afterwards). I think it is okay for now due to the popularity of the anime and film (especially). I remember searching "Demon Slayer" months ago, as I live in Japan, and wanted to see what the big deal was about the film. It took me to the shogi page, then I went to the main page, and had trouble finding the film and wasn't sure if it was the same one that was talked about. I think the DAB page now can assist readers quite well to locate either the film, the anime, or the main article (which includes the manga). As for Naruto, when I clicked on films on the main article, it took me to List_of_Naruto_media#Films, which is part of the List of Naruto media article. It is quite comprehensive. I would like to think that going to the Naruto DAB page would locate articles like "List of Naruto media" because that is not easily found from the main article. I did find it on the far right under "Media franchise" though, which included "List of Naruto films" and "video games". Interesting. There is so much media with these anime series. I prefer the Naruto DAB page to include the two anime series, as well as the three "media franchise" articles. If people click the DAB hatnote, I think they want to see clearly what other articles are major. Although these shortlinks are on the main Naruto article, the article is quite cluttered making it hard for readers to find them. Thoughts? Marty2Hotty (talk) 16:21, 24 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@El cid, el campeador: Sorry to bother you again. Check out this page: The X-Files (disambiguation). It is quite comprehensive for a DAB page, but then again, the TV series has a lot of information on there. There are also separate articles for the franchise, comics, TV, and more. But I guess this is not anime? Walking Dead is an interesting DAB page too. Marty2Hotty (talk) 17:42, 24 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
