[edit]Referring to an opera composed 1897-1900 and premiered in 1900, given a stage premiere in 1901, as a "1901 opera", as was done here- writing "1901 opera" and "premiered in 1900"- is going to make most people who happen on this article, I think, wonder what "premiere" or etc. mean, or how something could be written in 1901 but still be premiered in 1900 (that "1901 opera", as a term of art in the opera community, seems to mean given its stage premiere in 1901, should be relevant on opera websites, not on Wikipedia which is read by a larger audience (even including a wider audience just of classical musicians, let alone others), unless an explanation is given much more often than it is.)
