Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... D.D. Basu is a famous Indian jurist and I am quite surprised to notice that he does not have a wikipedia page or in fact a proper page in web it self at all. He is quite famous for his commentary on Indian constitution and his 100 birth centenary is celebrated by Govt of India it self .

So please let me allow some time to collect all the facts and I am sure he deserves a page in Wikipedia . BTW I am quite new to this editing business so please do bear with my ignorance .
