Created Page

[edit]

Hello anyone reading this, Just to say that I apologise for all the red wikilinks for the authors and their books, its hardly suprising that since most of the authors are young and have yet to establish large literary reputations that there aren't articles on them yet (apart from Nick Laird) but I plan to create as many of the pages as I can (hopefully all) over the next couple of months as I get a chance to read the books and about the authors. I've read three of the longlist so far (Taming the beast, Sayonara Bar and To a fault) so will try and create pages on them and their authors soon. It should be an interesting prize though!

Please contribute more information if you can, particularly if you've read any of the longlist and have the time to create an article on them. Caprosser 06:54, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I thinks that it's fine to have redlinks for the authors, but maybe unnecessary for the book titles.--JBellis 17:41, 30 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Age cap

[edit]

The age cap is listed as 30 but most of the 2014 finalists, including winner Joshua Ferris, were in their mid to late 30s at the time. (The page is also badly out of date.) Aetataureate (talk) 13:29, 19 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
