I would put the subsection about Italy before that about France. In fact, this article is about history and Italian cuisine was the European leading cookery during Renaissance, before when France became the leading cookery since the age of Louis XIV. So, I think the order of arguments should show the logical and chronological order of facts. Lele giannoni (talk) 16:34, 30 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
