Assessment

[edit]

Close to a B. Add dates of birth and death in header. Add more about the films he directed, and their impact, why he was important, what exactly did he introduce, why were the films so important. Add a caption to the Meera picture, otherwise it's not clear why it is in the article. Move the refs after punctuation, like this,[1] not like this[2]. Fix the references, there are two number 5s, and the link for the second one is broken (possibly this is the same error). --AnonEMouse (squeak) 16:43, 24 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

dungan not duncan

[edit]

vensatry, its "dungan" not duncan. you can see it in his hometown library article reference. the mistake happened because in theodore baskaran's book "the message bearers" (which was the first book in later days to recount dungan's work) baskaran spelled it wrong and everyone followed it for some time. But the mistake has been corrected in the later editions. i am moving the page back.--Sodabottle (talk) 06:24, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
