"Black legend"[edit]

I've corrected the wording on this part. Mounier's comment on the "silence" and Pius XII was in regards to the Italian invasion of Albania. A passing comment, specifically on this issue, rather than a propaganda campaign against the Pope. This is very different to Soviet and B'nai B'rith-esque propaganda which later appeared in regards to WWII, where they tried to create a myth of Pius XII practically manning the gas taps during the Holocaust, in the hopes of exploiting the Vatican for a financial handout. - Yorkshirian (talk) 16:01, 17 January 2010 (UTC)
