Fair use
[edit]Fair use rationale for Image:Logo-Red-small.jpg
[edit]Image:Logo-Red-small.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 06:25, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

Japanese advocation
[edit]This issue is how I learned about this organization, they made an announcement about it recently so I added it to the appropriate section. Please let's cooperate to create a great article. Tyciol (talk) 07:40, 9 May 2009 (UTC)
Backlash/Criticism Section
[edit]Currently under the recent campaigns section there is a note(?) on Japanese h-game producers banning foreign IP addresses from their websites. How about a section that outlines the criticism of Equality Now's forced censorship on Japan and what it's resulted in ... or whatever. - .:. Jigsy .:. (talk) 15:48, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
Ya, and also about the Japanese feminist movement/ computer software ethic organization initiating domestic eroge ban and various law reform in direct concordance to the "Rapelay" incident, as well as it's serious impact to Japan's adult software companies and business futures. Also in extension, the impact to the Japanese, and Otaku culture as a whole. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.120.49.152 (talk) 17:44, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
The section about the Japanese H-game controversy is, to say the least, not even slightly balanced and uncritically posts information from Sankaku Complex as fact. It also uses loaded language. It would be good to fix this and hopefully link to other, less biased sources.--58.166.110.157 (talk) 19:36, 1 April 2010 (UTC)
- I've cut down the criticism in this section, because it was making the article look highly biased against Equality Now. It's enough to say that some of their campaigns have been criticised; there's no need to fight out the rights or wrongs of them in the text of this article. Also, given that most of the criticism comes from the very groups they were attacking, it can hardly be considered neutral or independent. Robofish (talk) 04:56, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
PR
[edit]Is this a press release or an encyclopedia article? I think all the unreferenced sections can be removed - readers can read about them on EN's website. Haminoon (talk) 08:37, 27 January 2014 (UTC)
Big chunks of this article read like press release or advocacy material. Not even remotely neutral. Needs heavy editing. OrdinaryDecent (talk) 04:50, 23 June 2020 (UTC)
