[edit]Is there a reason the 24 Hour Fitness logo is being used instead of the Equinox logo? If we can't justify Fair Use for an Equinox logo, then we should remove the logo altogether. 69.74.94.35 (talk) 14:46, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:24-Hour Fitness Logo.jpg
[edit]Image:24-Hour Fitness Logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Testimonials do not belong in this article
[edit]I've removed the following text because testimonials do not belong in an encyclopaedic article. The article basically almost reads like PR or an advertisement and this clearly puts it well on the wrong side of the line.
"At Equinox we liked the soothing environment -- ambient lighting, silence, the buff crowd. The gym wasn't crowded on our Sunday afternoon visit, and we liked that towels were free and we could get services ranging from a massage to a healthy lunch on-site. The class mix was broad, but we were especially impressed with the variety of yoga and Pilates offerings." User:Geenfietsen 18:36, 9 May 2009 (UTC)
Employee count
[edit]I don't buy that Equinox has 18,000 employees. That seems implausible. They have 60 clubs, not 300. ask123 (talk) 00:14, 15 July 2014 (UTC)
