Comment: All my sources are in Portuguese but I can provided translations for my sources if desired. Also, this is my first DYK submission so I haven't reviewed any other DYKs
Overall: The first sentence is a tautology, please rewrite not to be redundant – you don't have to force the article title into bold. Flags of the World is not a reliable source and it should be removed as an EL. Can you possibly add any newer information about the flag's usage since it was adopted?
