Paragraph cut

[edit]

The paragraph that covered coincidental similarities with two other flags was completely unnecessary. Unless if it was cited from a reliable source, such content showed not be in an article. The paragraph seemed to resemble a trivia section anyway, another reason for it not belonging in the text. American Imperialist (talk) 23:54, 1 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed Merger

[edit]

I propose that the article Flag of the Tuvan People's Republic be merged into the article Flag of Tuva, as despite the Tuvan People's Republic being an independent nation and Tuva being a federal subject of Russia, the People's Republic represents Tuva's legal and cultural predecessor.
